Although we strive to provide your pharmaceutical products buying and selling platform with your privacy preferences, such participating website is independently owned and has its own privacy practices. We do not control your current provider’s use of your personal information.
Registration Information
Any process form that needs a guest to provide us with contact information (i.e. name, address, phone number), unique identifiers (i.e. email address, social security number), financial information (i.e. account or credit card numbers), and other information (i.e. preferences, etc.) is covered in this privacypolicy. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the guest for services utilized and products purchased. Unique identifiers are collected only for registration and educational class enrollment. Access to this information is password protected on our servers and is accessible to only a minimal number of E-Pharm Connect employees for company use only. Communications may occur either via text messaging, email, or push notifications and you will have the opportunity to set your preferences for certain communications related to your prescriptions within the Platform.We may also use such information to communicate to you special offers, technical notices, security alerts and featured items, E-Pharm Connect, our affiliates, partners, and other suppliers and vendors. If you are receiving additional communications and special offers, you may opt out of receiving such additional information at any time by contacting us using the contact information below or as outlined in the applicable communication. We will implement your opt-out request within a commercially reasonable time.Your selected participating vendors of E-Pharm Connect and E-Pharm Connect will also have access to your personally identifiable information you submit via this Platform, and your other protected informationand will use such information as necessary to provide you the information, products and services that you may request. Mobile App
When you use Our Mobile App, we may also collect geo-location information to assist you in quickly finding places or receiving relevant location information. If you do not want the Mobile App to obtain location data, you can disable the location function on your mobile device, in which case you may not receive relevant information. Location information is not saved or stored beyond what is necessary to ensure a consistent and functional application.We also collect information that identifies the type of device you are using and a unique identifier that identifies you as a user of the Mobile App. Our Mobile App uses this information to enhance your use of the App by: (i) determining the applicable End User License that applies to you, (ii) checking the device’s network connectivity status, and (iii) saving location information about your favorite products or vendors you access on the Mobile App.The Mobile App can launch certain other applications on your mobile device: (i) if you select an email link in the Mobile App, your email application will be launched; (ii) if you select a phone number, your phone dialer app will be launched.

Choice
During the registration process at the E-Pharm Connect, you will be able to choose your preferred channel of communication (email, text or push notifications). If you choose to change your channel or type of communication, you can do so by updating your preferences on the Website or Platform, which includes the Mobile App.

We will maintain your personally identifiable information and allow you to update it at any time by logging into your account to access your information. We will also take steps to make sure that any updates that you provide are processed in a timely and complete manner.
